• I do not share for profit or otherwise, any personal information collected through my website or by direct contact.
• All written information and data are kept securely locked in my office and I am the only person with access to it.
• Access to data in my computer is password protected.
• Records of the sessions will be held for a period of 6 years as established by law.
• All information remains strictly confidential except for the following circumstances:

1. When the client is at serious risk of harming themselves or harming others.
2. When there is an issue of safeguarding children.
3. When requested by the police or judicial authority in relation to a criminal case.

• You have the right to request seeing the information that I hold about you if you so wish.
• After the agreed sessions have ended, I will only contact you if you give me permission to send you further information regarding my services.
• If you agree to be added to my mailing list, either “Mail Chimp” or “Get Response” mailing services will deliver it. If you wish to stop receiving any emails/newsletters, you will be able to unsubscribe from the mailing list just by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the email you receive.
